As an Oncology Pharmacist, you will: Lead and manage the specialist pharmacy service for oncology. Provide expert advice and support to consultants, clinicians, and patients. Ensure the safe and effective use of oncology medications. Promote a multidisciplinary, patient-focused approach to healthcare. Plan, deliver, and evaluate pharmaceutical care for patients. Maintain effective communication on complex issues. Oversee the application of technology for chemotherapy treatment. Experience as a pharmacist specialising in oncology services Previous hospital pharmacy experience. Specialist knowledge in oncology through a diploma or equivalent training BOPA Passport.
