Lead the Pack in Frontend Innovation Senior Developer Wanted
Join Pets at Home and help us build exceptional digital experiences for pet lovers across the UK. Were looking for a Senior Frontend Developer whos passionate about performance, accessibility and clean, scalable code.
The role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire.
What Youll Do:
Build and optimise modern web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Lead frontend architecture and design within your squad
Champion accessibility and performance best practices
Write robust unit and end-to-end tests (Jest, Playwright/Cypress)
Mentor developers and drive high-quality code through reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features
What You Bring:
Extensive frontend development experience
Deep knowledge of React, Next.js, SSR/SSG and modern frontend architecture
Strong testing skills and experience with Storybook and cloud platforms (Azure a plus)
A passion for clean code, collaboration and continuous improvement
Tech:
