Job Title: Teaching Assistants & Cover Supervisors – Primary & Secondary Schools (Blackpool & Fylde Coast)
Location: Blackpool and the Fylde Coast
Position Type: Full-Time & Part-Time (September Start)
Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join schools across Blackpool and the Fylde Coast as:
* General Classroom Teaching Assistants
* SEN Teaching Assistants (1:1 and support in provisions)
* Behaviour Buddy Support Staff
* Cover Supervisors
We have full-time and part-time roles starting in September, offering a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the classroom.

Ideal Candidates Will:
* Be passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
* Be enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to contribute to school life
* Be confident in managing behaviour and building relationships with students
* Have experience in education or working with young people (preferred but not essential)
* Be open to working in a variety of roles including 1:1 support, group work, and general classroom assistance

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
