What you will do:
Conduct comprehensive assessments for children and families, addressing their needs and ensuring their safety and welfare.
Manage a varied caseload including Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children Looked After, providing support and interventions tailored to each case.
Prepare and present reports for Court proceedings, ensuring all required documentation is thorough and accurate.
Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to develop and implement effective care plans.
Support families and children through challenging times, acting as an advocate and ensuring their voices are heard in all decision-making processes.
Keep accurate records and maintain up-to-date information on each case using local authority reporting systems.
