Currently undergoing a change programme which is focussed on elevating standards to the next level of operational excellence, this quality role will play a key role in that development.
This is a new role working within a Quality team that are vital in ensuring that changes in operation don’t negatively affect the quality of the product. More so, that the quality standards demanded by customers are exceeded.
This is a well-rounded, customer facing quality role. Their product is manufactured under customer specific requirements, so ensuring the customer knows they are in good hands is vital.
Responsibilities
1. Maintain and improve the Quality Management systems
2. Plan and conduct internal Audits
3. Support external and customer audits
4. Drive effective Corrective Action plans
5. Serve as internal advocate from customer quality standards
6. Monitor customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
7. Conduct in depth root cause analysis
