Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence and project portfolio.
* Identify, secure, and convert new business opportunities.
* Prepare and manage tenders across various platforms.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of planners, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
* Contribute to the overall strategic direction and long-term growth of the business.
About You
* Extensive experience in town planning within the energy sector.
* Proven background within a private sector consultancy environment.
* Strong commercial awareness with a track record in business development and client management.

* Passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes and driving industry standards.
* Chartered Member of the RTPI (MRTPI).
