Area Sales Manager - Electrical / construction products into Local Authorities / Social Housing
The Role of Area Sales Manager
* This is a field / home based Area Sales Manager role.
* As Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing relationships with Local Authorities and Social Housing providers.
* This role is a split between account management and developing business within existing accounts.
* In addition you will be tasked with undertaking site surveys and will be dealing with decision makers such as Asset Managers, Repairs & Maintenance Managers and Electrical Managers.
* You will be tracking projects and building a pipeline with social housing providers selling 'needed products.'
