Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer
The Role
* Maintain a safe working environment at all times within our food processing facilities.
* Maximise equipment availability by responding safely and effectively to breakdowns.
* Support the manufacturing process to ensure continuous production.
* Ensure all machinery is maintained and repaired to a high standard.
* Carry out planned, routine, and reactive maintenance and repair work on all equipment.
* Maintain and continuously update technical skills and knowledge.
* Possess a strong multi-skilled background with an electrical bias, with the ability to identify root causes of machine breakdowns and develop long-term engineering solutions.
* Identify potential issues with existing equipment and implement effective solutions.
