Key Responsibilities Leadership & Project Management Lead, manage, and develop the Toybox Project to ensure successful delivery against objectives Oversee planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of services Manage a team of ~11 staff, including community-based project workers Service Delivery & Quality Ensure services are child-led, evidence-based, and developmentally appropriate Maintain high standards across home visiting and outreach delivery Safeguarding & Child Development Lead on safeguarding, ensuring robust processes in a high-risk environment Apply strong expertise in early years development (0-4) Community Engagement & Advocacy Build trusted relationships with families from diverse and marginalised communities Demonstrate strong cultural awareness and sensitivity Advocate for families and support access to health, education, and social care services Stakeholder Management Develop and maintain partnerships with statutory and voluntary agencies Represent the project in networks, meetings, and forums Reporting & Funding Lead on monitoring, evaluation, and reporting to funders Analyse and present impact data (qualitative and quantitative) Support budget oversight and financial reporting Operational Delivery Work flexibly across locations with regular travel required Support recruitment, workforce planning, and staff development What you'll need to succeed This role requires a well-rounded professional with both technical expertise and values-driven leadership.
