The Role: Customer Success Manager, UKI, London
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) on the Scale & Growth Team serves as the main point of contact for clients throughout their experience cycle. The CSM advises on structuring internal processes to drive growth, promotes Deel's product adoption, and supports clients with their remote global workforce.
Clients managed within this team are Tier 3, with up to 200 accounts initially, potentially increasing over time based on bandwidth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project management
* Collaborate with Support, Product, Sales & Engineering teams to deliver excellent customer experience
* Maintain knowledge of Deel's hiring markets and services (payroll, HR, product, etc.)
* Set up outreach campaigns for the customer base
* Prevent and address churn
* Build and grow relationships with clients, promoting their growth through Deel
Success Criteria:
* 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Success
* Experience managing a regional/global book of business
* Experience with outreach campaigns & automation
* Ability to handle escalations and challenging customers
* Strong ownership and accountability
* Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
* Based within the EMEA timezone
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with clients and teams across multiple countries and time zones
* Experience in remote teams
* Background in high-growth startups or scale-ups
* Fintech or HR tech experience
