Job Summary
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Support Administrator to join our Electrical Testing Division in Castleford. In this key role, you'll help ensure the smooth delivery of services to our clients by tracking works, managing certification, and supporting operational excellence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide critical administrative support to the Electrical Testing operational team.
* Track the progress of works and ensure timely delivery of certification to customers.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation to support service delivery.
* Assist in ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and responsive communication.
* Support the wider team with general administrative tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in an administrative or contract support role.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
