Role Description
This is a voluntary hybrid role.
The Strength and Conditioning Coach will be responsible for developing and implementing strength and conditioning programs to improve athletic performance and prevent injuries.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting fitness assessments, designing customised training plans, monitoring and adjusting training programs, and providing guidance on nutrition and recovery.
Qualifications
* Strong experience or Study background in Sports Science and Strength & Conditioning
* Experience in improving Athletic Performance and Injury Prevention
* Proficiency in creating and administering Strength Training programs
* Excellent communication and motivational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Certification in Strength and Conditioning (CSCS or equivalent) is advantageous
* Previous experience working with women's sports teams is a plus
