The Role We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Permanent Bench Joiner to join our team at our well-equipped factory. You will be responsible for producing bespoke commercial joinery to the highest standards, working with a variety of materials including hardwood, softwood, and sheet materials. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a wide range of unique and challenging projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce high-quality bespoke commercial joinery from technical drawings.
* Work accurately with a range of materials, including hardwoods, softwoods, and sheet materials.
* Operate and maintain a variety of joinery machinery and hand tools.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and to specification.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience as a Bench Joiner, preferably within a commercial or bespoke joinery environment.
* Strong knowledge of traditional joinery skills and an ability to work with modern machinery.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
