About the Role
Meeting and Events Executive, Malmaison Oxford
It’s all in the detail. From a meeting for 6 guests to a 250‑cover wedding it’s all in the detail and you make it happen. We create memories that our guests never forget. At Malmaison we always go above and beyond the expectations and as Events Executive you will be the face of the business, often before the guest steps foot in the hotel. Experience in a similar role is beneficial but a smile and personality is an absolute must. This is a hands‑on role leading the events and ensuring all meetings run smoothly – not your 9‑5 office role.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate meetings, conferences, weddings, and other events ranging from 6 to 250 guests.
* Plan and execute every detail to ensure smooth event operation.
* Serve as the face of the business before guests enter the hotel.
* Assist with internal development and progression toward an Events Manager role.
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role is beneficial; a smile and personality is an absolute must.
* Hands‑on approach and strong organisational skills.
