Position: Contract Administrator
Location: Havant, Hampshire
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE + £525/month Car Allowance + Healthcare + Bonus

Contract Administrator Job Overview
* Supporting the Contracts and Project Management teams across major civil engineering projects
* Assisting with programme monitoring, project coordination and reporting
* Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders
* Supporting commercial and contractual processes across live projects
* Monitoring project documentation, progress and compliance requirements
* Assisting with procurement activities and subcontractor coordination
* Supporting project reviews and operational meetings
* Developing an understanding of NEC contracts and project delivery processes
* Helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and within programme constraints
* Working closely with senior leadership to gain broad operational exposure
Contract Administrator Job Requirements
* Degree qualified within Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Commercial awareness and business-minded approach
* Ability to work independently and use initiative
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ambitious and eager to develop a long-term career within Contracts Management
* Full UK Driving Licence preferred
* Previous placement, internship or construction industry exposure advantageous
* Good IT skills including Microsoft Office applications
