Graduate Veterinary Surgeon – Small Animal

Base pay
Competitive starting salary of £36,000 per annum (pro‑rated), with a salary increase in year 2.
Location
Practice based in Atherstone, Warwickshire, with occasional duties in Castle Bromwich and Tamworth.
Responsibilities
* Work 40 hours per week, split over 4 days (Mon‑Fri 8 am‑7 pm, rotating Saturdays 8.30 am‑4.30 pm).
* Provide clinical care in 3 consultation rooms, operating theatre, ultrasound suite, laser and dental radiography.
* Support a team of 7 veterinarians, 13 nurses and administrative staff.
* Participate in regular veterinary and administrative meetings and maintain WhatsApp wellbeing hour.
* Receive mentoring from a senior vet with no sole charge.
