About the Role
The successful candidate will teach Physics across KS3–KS5, delivering stimulating lessons that inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and scientific understanding. You will design creative, experiment-based learning experiences that help students connect classroom theory with real-world applications, while supporting them to achieve strong outcomes in GCSE and A-Level Physics.
In addition to classroom teaching, you will play an active role in promoting science beyond the curriculum — through STEM clubs, robotics and engineering projects, and physics competitions, encouraging students to apply their learning in exciting, hands-on contexts. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team of science educators to continually develop schemes of work, share best practice, and contribute to the department’s ongoing success.

Experience and Qualifications
• QTS/PGCE and a degree in Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience teaching GCSE and A-Level Physics is desirable
