About the Role:
As an International Sales Consultant, you'll be the vital link between our luxury developments and Mandarin-speaking investors and buyers worldwide. You'll provide expert guidance throughout the purchasing process, working with clients both face-to-face and remotely across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with Mandarin-speaking clients from China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan
* Conduct viewings and presentations in both English and Mandarin
* Build and maintain relationships with international property agents and investors
* Manage the complete sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion
* Provide detailed information on UK property investment, legal processes, and financing options
* Coordinate with overseas agents and attend international property exhibitions when required
* Navigate cultural nuances to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets
* Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales reports
* Represent the company at networking events and property shows
Essential Requirements:
* Fluent Mandarin and English (written and spoken) - essential
* Proven experience in new homes sales
* Strong understanding of international property investment
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of the London property market
* Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones
* Weekend availability
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
* Experience working with Asian clients and understanding of cultural expectations
* Knowledge of UK visa and investment immigration routes
* Additional Chinese dialects (Cantonese, Hokkien)
* Existing network of international property contacts
