About the Role
We're looking for a warm, organised, and professional Receptionist to be the face of our company. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring everyone receives a friendly welcome and efficient service. Key Responsibilities
* Greet visitors and clients with a positive, helpful attitude
* Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
* Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
* Stock take
* Assist with administrative tasks
* Support other departments with ad hoc duties as required
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role (preferred but not essential)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A proactive, can-do attitude and a team-player mindset
