We are seeking a Regional Contracting Director to join our Southwest and Wales Leadership team to build and execute the regional growth strategy and help shape the future of Tarmac. This pivotal role will have full leadership and accountability for the regional asphalt surfacing business, delivering budgeted performance and achieving stretch targets. As a key decision maker, you will work in partnership with the Contracting Performance Director to lead and deliver the regional contracting performance, contributing to EBITDA margin growth.
