We're recruiting for a Sales Valuer to join one of the most forward-thinking and successful estate agencies in the region. The Role
As a Sales Valuer, you will:
1. Build and develop the agency’s profile across your designated local area
2. Conduct market appraisals and valuations to win new instructions
3. Make strategic decisions around marketing and canvassing to grow brand presence
4. Build strong relationships within the local community to generate referrals and repeat business
5. Manage your own listings from valuation through to completion
6. Work closely with Sales Negotiators, Sales Progressors, and back-office teams to ensure smooth sales progression
7. Take ownership of your diary and workload, operating with autonomy and flexibility
Sales Valuer Requirements:
8. 2–3+ years’ estate agency experience (Valuer, Lister, or Senior Negotiator level)
9. Proven track record of winning instructions
10. Strong knowledge of the local property market
11. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
12. Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven mindset
13. Full UK driving licence
