We are hiring for a Bartender role at Topgolf Chigwell. This position requires 18+ age, reliable transport to and from the venue, and flexible weekend availability (Friday evenings, any time Saturday and Sunday).
Responsibilities
* Provide friendly and efficient bar service to guests in a fast-paced environment.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
* Support training and onboarding as part of the team.
Requirements
* Are aged 18+ (we are currently unable to take on anyone under the age of 18).
* Have reliable transport to and from the Topgolf Chigwell venue.
* Have flexible weekend availability as a minimum (Friday evenings, any time Saturday and Sunday).
* You will be required to provide a valid proof of Right to Work in the UK. This can be a valid passport OR birth certificate along with your National Insurance documentation (both must be present) OR another form of valid right to work documentation.
* As applicable, you must have a minimum of 6 months work eligibility available on the right to work documentation that you provide.
* Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Interview and Training
Interviews for these positions will be taking place in the evening of Tuesday 23rd September 2025. You will also need to be available the evenings of Mon 29th Sept, Tues 30th Sept and Weds 1st Oct for training. These dates are compulsory if successful with your application. Further details will be provided after a successful screening call.
