We are currently looking for a Supervisor in the Woking area to join a well-established maintenance contractor on a permanent basis. This role will be carrying out repairs in domestic properties within the social housing sector, whilst also supervising a team of operatives. As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Auditing Health and safety Supporting operatives Liaising between clients, stake-holders, subcontractor and direct labour Ensuring targets and timescales are met Overseeing repairs and voids workstreams The successful Supervisor will: Holds a Full UK driving license Be time served or have relevant qualifications Have relevant industry experience within social housing In return, the Supervisor will receive: £43,000 base salary Company van & fuel card Attractive annual leave package Specialist tools provided Permanent employment Various other company benefits If you are interested in this Supervisor role, please apply online or call Mae on 0121 790 0986.
