Shift Patterns Available Morning shifts: 07:00 – 14:00 Evening shifts: 16:00 – 21:00 Long day shifts (with a 1-hour break) Rota-based work with alternate weekend availability required About the Role – Support Worker / Care Assistant As a Support Worker within our Extra Care Scheme, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own self-contained apartments. Your role will help people maintain independence, dignity, and choice while promoting wellbeing and community engagement.
