Job Title: Customer Service

Location: Longbridge

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, initially 08:30–16:30 during training. Hours may shift to 09:00–17:00 after a few weeks (to be confirmed).

About the Role:

We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Jordan, the current role holder, who will act as your mentor to guide you through the daily challenges and ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support investigations or administrative processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
2. Analyse information, identify solutions, and assist with problem-solving initiatives.
3. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, building strong working relationships.
4. Organise and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines with a conscientious approach.
5. Use Microsoft Office tools to complete daily tasks effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
6. Proven experience in investigation or administrative roles.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
9. Conscientious with strong organisational and time-management skills.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
