📣 Contract Opportunity: MIFID Transaction Reporting Change Management BA
Level: VP Equivalent | Location: Belfast | Rate: £550/day
Schedule: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote | Requirement: Own laptop
Join a global regulatory operations team delivering high-impact change across markets and investment banking. We’re seeking a senior Change BA with MIFID (or similar) transaction reporting expertise who can drive results, influence stakeholders, and keep the firm ahead of regulatory demands.
You’ll:
✔ Lead & support multiple regulatory change projects
✔ Drive policy, process & technology change across the business
✔ Run governance, steering groups & programme reporting
✔ Identify risks early and keep delivery on track
✔ Mentor junior team members
You bring:
🔹 8+ years in financial services (markets/IB ops)
🔹 Deep knowledge of capital markets & transaction reporting (MiFID II/MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR, CFTC, SEC, etc.)
🔹 Strong transformation/project delivery experience
