Salary: £47,662 £53,623 per annum
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic lead for Safeguarding, Wellbeing, Counselling, and SEND
Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and SENDCO for the college
Lead and manage cross-functional support teams
Work closely with senior leadership and external agencies
Ensure high-quality support for students across all backgrounds
Requirements:
Experience in senior student services or safeguarding leadership
Knowledge of SEND, safeguarding legislation, and FE sector challenges
Enhanced DBS on the update service
Minimum Level 3 Safeguarding (or willingness to work towards it)
