Job Title: Commercial Account Executive
Location: Central London – Hybrid
Salary: £75K–£115K + Uncapped Commission

My client is a specialist commercial insurance brokerage with a long-standing reputation for delivering bespoke solutions across all core classes. They are in an exciting scale-up phase expanding into new regions, acquiring specialist firms, and investing heavily in their London presence. You’ll be joining an experienced, supportive team who have recently moved into a brand-new, modern office space right in the heart of the City. They are in need of a senior Executive who can inherit and manage a book of upwards of £350K then continue to develop the book at a steady rate over the coming years.

What you’ll be doing
* Driving new business across a broad range of commercial insurance risks
* Managing, retaining, and growing your own portfolio with full autonomy
* Designing tailored insurance programmes that deliver real value to clients
* Attending prospect meetings, networking events, and industry functions
* Working closely with a highly experienced broking and placement team
* Playing a key role in shaping growth activity across the London market
What you’ll need
* A strong track record in commercial lines new business or client development
* Solid technical knowledge across core commercial classes
* Confident communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunity
* The confidence to operate independently while contributing to a close-knit team
