The Role: What We’re Looking For We need Level 2 Teaching Assistants who are: • Flexible, enthusiastic and committed to providing the best support possible • Adaptable, calm, positive and pupil‑focused • Able to provide continuity, stability and high-quality support for pupils About the Role • Supporting pupils with classroom learning and routines • Assisting with learning activities planned by class teachers • Building trusting relationships to help pupils feel secure • Promoting communication, independence and engagement • Supporting personal care, feeding and individual medical needs (full training provided) • Contributing to active, inclusive break‑time experiences as part of the duty team The working hours for the role are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8.50am – 3.40pm & Wednesday 8.50am – 4.40pm. On occasional Wednesdays there are extended CPD sessions until 5.45pm.
