Compliance Analyst
Our client, a leading independent Insurance Broker specialising in commercial Insurance, are looking for a Compliance Analyst to join their team in Leicester.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a complaints and investigation handling and will be confident with providing advisory services, by supporting the operational requirements of the business.
The successful candidate will be:
1. Prior experience as a Compliance Analyst, within a broking environment is required
2. Demonstrable experience with tasks such as logging and reporting breaches, managing complaints, conducting thorough reviews of customer documentation, and approving financial promotions.
3. Detail-orientated and strong analytical abilities.
4. Industry accreditation (CII/ICA) is a desirable.
5. Exceptional communication skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office.
