Work Planner Nottingham £27,893 - £31,934 per annum This position is fixed-term for 6 months to cover a secondment in the team, with the possibility this may be made permanent. About NCHA NCHA is one of the leading housing associations in the East Midlands. We manage all repairs and maintenance in-house to deliver quality and efficiency for our customers. Our Property Services team is growing and were looking for talented Work Planners to help us keep homes safe and well maintained. The Role As a Work Planner youll schedule and coordinate housing repairs and maintenance for our trade teams. Youll make sure jobs are planned effectively and completed on time, helping us provide excellent service to our customers. What Youll Do Diagnose maintenance issues and estimate time needed for repairs Create work schedules to maximise team productivity Raise work orders using our systems Provide clear instructions to trade teams and inspectors Order materials when needed Monitor progress and ensure tasks meet Service Level Agreements.
