The Company
A leading global investment bank is seeking an exceptionally diligent and proactive Benefits Associate to join its growing EMEA HR team and play a key role in shaping the firm’s benefits and well-being agenda across the region.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 4 years’ experience in benefits administration within financial services or professional services environments. You will be joining a highly collaborative HR team and supporting the delivery of a sophisticated benefits strategy across the EMEA region.
Reporting to the Benefits Manager for the EMEA region, you will take ownership of the day-to-day benefits administration while driving key regional projects as part of the ongoing buildout of the benefits infrastructure. This is a hands-on, project-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys data coordination, problem-solving, and implementing meaningful initiatives that enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and coordinate all EMEA employee benefits, including health, dental, life insurance, income protection, pensions, transport reimbursements, and region-specific schemes (e.g., LIRA, menopause initiatives).
* Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless benefits delivery and renewals.
* Support the rollout of well-being and benefits projects across multiple jurisdictions.
* Gather and analyse benefits data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Manage onboarding presentations and benefits communication for new joiners.
* Maintain benefits data in Workday (or similar HRIS) and ensure accuracy and integrity.
* Collaborate closely with the broader HR and People team to enhance total rewards offerings across EMEA.
About You
* Around 4 years’ experience in benefits, ideally within financial services, consulting, or professional services.
* Strong project management and coordination skills, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
* Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and organised, with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders and presenting information clearly.
* Experienced in Workday or similar HR systems.
Why Join
You will be part of a high-performing, people-centric HR function within a prestigious global investment bank at an exciting stage of growth. You will have genuine ownership over the EMEA benefits space, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the chance to contribute to broader HR initiatives across well-being, inclusion, and total rewards.
