We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Product Manager to join our team. This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape the future of our product offerings, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the company roadmap
* Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to define and deliver high-quality features
* Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
* Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies
* Prioritize initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact
* Communicate product vision, progress, and timelines to stakeholders
* Continuously gather feedback and data to iterate and improve the product
* Coordinate with other product managers to manage cross-team dependencies
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in a product management or product owner role
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
* A user-centric mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes over output
* Ability to manage competing priorities and make data-informed decisions
* A proactive, self-starting attitude and a passion for building great products

Working Pattern
We recognise the value of in person collaboration and operate a hybrid working model from our London office. Our teams work onsite 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) and remotely for 2 days, providing flexibility alongside the benefits of working together.
