Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
* Ensure protection of property and premises by preventing unauthorized access, monitoring fire alarms, intruder alarms, and CCTV, and conducting patrols and ID checks. Manage keys, perform locking/unlocking duties, and report incidents while maintaining accurate logs. Support health and safety by guiding staff and visitors, enforcing safety procedures, and responding to emergencies and fire alarms. Prevent loss and waste by reporting risks and securing premises during patrols. Deter crime by monitoring suspicious activity, enforcing stop and search policies, and reporting incidents. Deliver outstanding customer service, maintain professional presentation, and handle calls professionally. Complete paperwork, follow company procedures, and promote core values.

Qualifications
* SIA Licence (must hold or be working towards), First Aid qualification.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the security industry.
* Must hold SC clearance or be willing to undergo the vetting process.
* Five years of checkable employment or education history.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Strong IT literacy, excellent timekeeping, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Prior experience in a similar role.
