Job Title: Part-Time Administrator
Location: Exeter
Salary: £12.71 per hour (£24,785 FTE)
Hours: 25 hours per week - Monday to Friday, ideally 9:00am to 2:00pm.

The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Part-Time Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team due to continued business growth.
This role is key in supporting the smooth running of the operations function, with a focus on processing jobs and ensuring all administration is completed accurately and efficiently.
Working closely with the Manager, you will receive full training and support, making this an ideal opportunity for someone with some administrative experience looking for a stable part-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing paperwork for orders and ongoing jobs
Preparing and issuing quotes and estimates
Liaising with customers regarding job updates and estimates
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Providing general administrative support to the teamDesired Skills:
Previous administration or office-based experience desirable
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable using IT systems (training provided)
Reliable, proactive and able to manage workload effectively
