What you'll be doing
As a Project Manager at Evri, you'll deliver a varied portfolio of projects across IT, Operations and Change, sometimes from initiation, other times stepping into work already underway.
You'll use our project governance frameworks to plan, manage and deliver projects that meet agreed cost, quality, time and benefits targets.
You'll build strong relationships across the business, confidently managing stakeholders up to exec level, and ensuring updates, risks and issues are communicated clearly in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a portfolio of small, medium and large projects to agreed cost, quality, time and benefit targets
Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, budgets and core project documentation
Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, issues and financials
Work collaboratively with IT, Operations and wider business functions to deliver joined-up outcomes
Engage, influence and manage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and executives
Manage project uncertainty and assess impacts on timelines, scope and change deployment
Ensure benefits are identified, tracked and realised throughout delivery
Use established governance processes and PPM tools to maintain structured and well-controlled delivery.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who is experienced, adaptable and able to keep momentum in a busy, high-paced environment.
Experience working as a Project Manager, with the core fundamentals covered - planning, RAID management, budgeting, reporting and governance
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and able to join projects at initiation or already underway
Experience managing a portfolio of mixed-size projects (small, medium and large)
Used to working across multiple business functions such as IT and Operations, and confident switching between different types of projects
Stakeholder management experience up to exec level, with strong communication and relationship-building skills
Industry or similar experience is helpful, but not essential
Where you'll work
You'll work in a hybrid way - primarily from home, with occasional collaboration at our Morley, Leeds site.
Some travel will be required depending on project needs, so we're ideally looking for candidates within a 90-minute commute of Morley.
