We are seeking a VIP Yacht Nurse to provide dedicated, 1:1 clinical management for an 80-year-old VIP client. This unique role combines high-fidelity clinical oversight with a premier lifestyle aboard a world-class vessel navigating the Greek Islands, Monaco, and the French Riviera.

The Mission
Your primary focus is the continuous clinical monitoring and medical advocacy of a single VIP patient. As the vessel follows an elite Mediterranean itinerary—visiting iconic destinations like Ibiza, Mallorca, and the Algarve—you will ensure the highest standard of personalized care is delivered, whether at sea or in port.
The Medical Team
You will be an integral member of a sophisticated, multi-disciplinary medical ecosystem:
* Lead British Doctor: Providing 24/7 clinical governance and senior medical direction.
* Specialist Physiotherapists: Focused on the patient’s physical rehabilitation and mobility.
* Elite Western-Trained Nurses: A collaborative team of peers dedicated to clinical excellence.
Safety & Rotation
Patient safety and professional well-being are paramount. The medical department operates a strict Double-Nurse Shift System. This ensures you always have a qualified clinical partner for support during procedures and guarantees structured rest periods to maintain peak performance.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western-standard university.
* Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E) is mandatory.
* Language: Native-level or C1 English proficiency.
* Attributes: Absolute discretion, clinical autonomy, and a professional presence suited for the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) sector.
