Key Responsibilities:
1. Exceed customer expectations and build lasting partnerships
2. Liaise with customers regarding their orders
3. Process all orders promptly and efficiently
4. Collaborate across departments to ensure customer requirements are understood, communicated, and addressed effectively
5. Review orders daily and respond accordingly
Candidate Attributes:
* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Work well both independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in MS Office applications
* Knowledge or experience of building and timber products is advantageous
