Join our Home Technical Team in Cardiff. You’ll be talking over the phone to customers with broadband tech-related queries. You could be helping someone with a simple router question or something that needs more ownership, supporting them throughout.
No specific experience is needed. As long as you're helpful, calm, and good at building relationships, we can train you on the rest.
This role offers flexibility to support your life commitments, including scheduling your own breaks, banking time, and occasional home working.
