We’re looking for a freelance strategist or consultant to help shape a high-profile employee advocacy and influencer programme for a major UK organisation. This is a strategic consultancy role focused on helping define: influencer and advocacy frameworks governance and risk considerations creator engagement approaches platform strategy training and support models measurement and reporting We’re looking for someone who understands both: the creative/commercial side of influencer culture and the realities of working in regulated or reputation-sensitive environments. You might come from: influencer strategy social consultancy creator partnerships employee advocacy public sector or reputation-led communications Experience with governance, safeguarding, compliance or high-profile brands would be a huge plus. Initial engagement would be freelance/consultancy based, starting with a discovery and strategy phase, with potential for longer-term involvement. UK-based is essential.
