The role
As Talent Attraction Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind positioning the business as an employer of choice.
You’ll lead the development of a compelling Employer Value Proposition (EVP), elevate the employer brand, and design innovative attraction and selection strategies across a range of sub-brands - each with its own personality and guest experience.
With a Recruitment Manager reporting into you, this role is both strategic and hands-on, blending creativity, data, and deep collaboration to bring the company’s people story to life.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and embed a strong EVP that captures the business’s values, legacy, and purpose.
* Lead employer brand activation across digital, social, and experiential channels.
* Partner with marketing and communications to ensure consistent and authentic messaging.
* Design tailored attraction strategies for each sub-brand, aligned to their distinct guest experiences.
* Introduce innovative selection methods that enhance candidate quality and engagement.
* Use data and insights to refine sourcing channels, improve diversity, and elevate candidate experience.
* Lead, coach, and develop the Recruitment Manager to deliver high-impact recruitment outcomes.
* Build strong relationships with People & Development, operations, and business leaders to shape proactive workforce strategies.
* Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to keep strategies fresh and competitive.
* Support internal mobility and career pathways, ensuring opportunities are open and visible.
* Contribute to industry development by helping attract and nurture future hospitality talent.
* Ensure all attraction and selection activities reflect the organisation’s values and deliver a memorable candidate journey.
* Act as a cultural ambassador, sharing the company’s story and values with prospective talent.
What you’ll bring
* A background in hospitality
* Proven experience in talent attraction, employer branding, and recruitment strategy, ideally in a values-led business.
* Strong understanding of EVP development and employer brand activation.
* Expertise in designing creative selection processes tailored to different brand identities.
* Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, with a collaborative and influential approach.
* A genuine passion for people, storytelling, and creating exceptional candidate experiences.
