Ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the Service Department
Maximising departmental performance through the sale of labour, parts, and accessories
Maintaining compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures
Planning, forecasting, and delivering sales and performance objectives
Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
Driving workshop utilisation and operational efficiencies
Delivering a first-class customer experience and exceeding satisfaction targets
Managing the smooth day-to-day running of the department
