Job Responsibilities
1. Lead and oversee the engineering department, ensuring effective management and execution of all engineering projects.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
4. Drive the development of innovative microelectronic solutions aligned with customer needs and industry standards.

Essential Qualifications
