This full-time, permanent position has a starting salary of £30,647 per annum, based on a 36-hour working week.
We are excited to be hiring a new Reablement Digital Assistant to support our fantastic Integrated Reablement Service.
The team are currently based at our Woodhatch office in Reigate, however we support a hybrid approach, with the right balance of office and home working. This role may require you to work in different office locations to meet the needs of the service, therefore you will need to have a level of flexibility and be willing to travel when required. This can be discussed further at interview.

About the Role
The Integrated Reablement Service is part of the Adults Wellbeing and Health Partnerships directorate here at Surrey County Council. We are a multi-disciplinary Service who provide short-term support for up to 6 weeks, to people usually in their own homes to promote independence and choice by helping them work towards their reablement goals, as set out in their support plan. Our aim is to help improve people's quality of life, maximise long term independence and enable people to remain, or return to live in their own home within the community.
The Reablement Digital Assistant position is a new role, supporting the business functions of our Integrated Reablement Service to allow frontline staff to deliver essential care and support to individuals in their own homes across Surrey, ensuring that no-one is left behind.

Your key responsibilities as a Reablement Digital Assistant will include:
10. Supporting the Finance and Resource Manager in delivering all business-related functions for the Reablement Service, to ensure the service operates effectively and meets its objectives
11. Ensuring frontline Reablement and Therapies staff have access to, and confidence in using, appropriate technology to support service delivery
12. Providing guidance and training on both day-to-day systems and the implementation of new digital solutions
13. Analysing and utilising service data to produce reports and insights that support performance management and the achievement of key performance indicators
14. Working closely with area-based managers and team leaders, to provide effective day-to-day business support across Reablement services
