Employment Law Locum Paralegal - Immediate Start We are currently seeking an experienced Employment Law Locum Paralegal to join a busy and well regarded legal team on a temporary basis. The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail oriented paralegal to support a dynamic employment law team. You will be assisting with a varied caseload covering both claimant and respondent matters, providing key support to fee earners across a range of employment law issues. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with case management from instruction through to resolution Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and tribunal bundles Conducting legal research on employment law matters Liaising with clients and maintaining strong professional relationships Supporting with Employment Tribunal preparations and deadlines Requirements: Previous experience in employment law is essential Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Contract Details: Start: ASAP Duration: Ongoing until at least June, with potential for extension Location: Leeds Competitive hourly rate This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and gain valuable experience in a fast paced environment.
