Known for delivering high‑quality work and maintaining strong client relationships, the organisation is expanding its pre‑construction team and now requires a Bid Coordinator to support its busy tendering function.
Your new role
As Bid Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the preparation and submission of high‑quality bids. You will manage document control, coordinate information from internal teams, and ensure all tender documentation is accurate,pliant, and professionally presented. You will assist with the creation of written content, maintain bid libraries, track deadlines, and support the wider bid team throughout the full tender process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation,munication, and working in a fast‑paced environment where attention to detail is essential.
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring a strong administrative background, ideally gained within construction, engineering, or another technical sector, although full bid‑specific training can be provided. You will be highly organised, confident managing multiple tasks, andfortable working to deadlines. Strong written and verbalmunication skills, excellent document management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving will be key to your success.
