As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. Your main responsibilities include engaging with customers, ensuring the smooth operation of customer areas, making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
