Super Stars - Wonderful Food Pub
Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of exceptional pub restaurants and situated on the A272, just outside Petersfield, The Seven Stars simply oozes traditional character and charm and boasts great accessibility and parking for famous Guests. The pub joined the Hall and Woodhouse family in 1996 and was extended into the adjacent barns in 2003, doubling its size and providing a bright and airy table service dining room to complement the more traditional and informal dining areas of the original pub. Our outside terrace and extensive gardens (including a children's play area), seat a large number of guests making the pub popular with families and busy all year round.
We are boosting our kitchen leadership team and have an opening for an experienced senior chef.

* A highly organized Chef with supervisory experience in high end standard fayre
* Able to run service, deputizing for Head Chef when required
* Skilled in a range of cooking techniques with a broad food knowledge
* Able to work to precise specifications for cooking and presentation, without deviation
* Competent in all aspects of kitchen administration
* Highly proficient in food safety and hygiene regulations including allergens
* Able to lead, inspire and support the team's development
* A chef that enjoys the buzz of a busy service, and who cares about your craft
