Key Responsibilities:
Oversee compliance across gas safety, EICRs, fire risk, EPCs, and HMO licensing
Coordinate inspections, remedial works, and contractor performance
Monitor incidents, complaints, and support audits and governance
Promote safeguarding and data protection best practices What You’ll Bring:
Background in compliance, FM, or health & safety (housing/local authority a plus)
Knowledge of key safety regulations (Fire, Gas, Electrical, HMO, etc.)
Familiarity with GDPR, safeguarding, and reporting systems
IOSH/NEBOSH or similar (desirable) Why Join?
