The role of the Technical Sales Manager
Ventilation Products will involve:Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of ventilation products and systems All of your time will be spent focusing on and selling to social housing, local authorities and housing associations on both new build & refurbishment projects such as: office blocks, apartment blocks, hotels, student accommodation etc as well as get involved with associated commercial projects Inheriting a well-established area turning over circa £1m-£1.5mMajority of your time will be focused on generating new business relationships and getting more from neglected existing accountsDealing with typical projects of around £50k - £500k depending on the size of the projectThe ideal applicant will be a Technical Sales Manager
